How to book a plustur

Rejseplanen

You can book a plustur trip online at Rejseplanen

  • If plustur is an option, it will be included as part of the journey which you are searching for at Rejseplanen.
  • You will then be guided to the booking portal, where you can book your plustur.
  • The first time you use the booking portal, you need to register as a user and attach your payment card.
  • Please note that it is not the entire journey which are you are booking via the booking portal, but just your plustur trip.
  • You can book a plustur up to one hour before the start of the trip, and no more than 14 days in advance.

Processing of personal data (Rejseplanen)

Collection time

The collection time you are told when booking is approximate. You will receive a more precise collection time in the booking confirmation which will be emailed to you.

The car may arrive from 5 minutes before and up to 20 minutes after the stated collection time. It is important that you are ready to leave when the car arrives.

If the car fails to show up within this period, you can call tel. +45 87 40 83 00 (+ press 0) every day of the week 6:00 – 1:00.

Cancellation

It is not possible to change a booked plustur dial-a-ride service. Instead, you need to cancel your plustur and book a new one at Rejseplanen

You can cancel your plustur trip on the booking portal under ‘Travel overview’. You must cancel the trip no less that one hour before it starts.

If you have any questions about a trip which has already been booked, call tel. +45 87 40 83 00 (+ press 4).

Text message reminders

You can register for a text message reminder when registering as a user. You will then receive a text message 24 hours before and again 15 minutes before the collection time.

The text message you receive 24 hours before your trip includes the collection time you received when booking. The text message you receive 15 minutes before the scheduled collection time shows the actual collection time, which may be brought forward by 5 minutes or delayed by up to 20 minutes.

If you change your mobile phone number, you must remember to update it under your customer profile.
