If you need to travel between 6:00 and 8:00, you must remember to book your trip by 23:00 the previous day.
Remember to cancel your trip if you are not going to make the journey after all.
By phone
You can book your flextur trip on tel. +45 87 87 40 83 (+ press 2) every day of the week, 8:00 – 16:00.*
When booking by phone, you can either choose to receive a monthly invoice or to pay the driver in cash. The driver will be able to provide change up to the nearest DKK 100.
When booking, you need to state:
Your name and a phone number the driver can use to contact you
The exact departure and destination addresses, as well as the municipality and postcode
The time at which you want to be collected or arrive at your destination
The number of persons, max. five
Whether you have any baggage. The driver will assist with one piece of baggage, max. 11 kg
If you have more than one piece of baggage, the price per baggage item is the same as for another fellow passenger
Whether you are travelling with a mobility aid, e.g. a rollator or wheelchair
Whether you are travelling with a pram, pushchair or child safety seat
If you want to arrange regular trips, or if your journey crosses a regional boundary, it is necessary to book the trip by phone.
If you need to travel between 6:00 and 8:00, you must book your flextur trip by 16:00 the previous day.
Trips can be booked max. 14 days in advance.
Remember to cancel your trip if you are not going to make the journey after all.
Text message reminders
If you would like to receive a text message reminder 24 hours before and 15 minutes before you are picked up, you can select this option under “My user” at midttrafik.flextrafik.dk or in the Flextrafik app.
If you usually book flexbus trips by phone, you can let us know that you would like a text message reminder the next time you call and book a trip.
Regular trips
If you want to make an arrangement about regular trips, call tel. +45 87 40 83 00 (+ press 2) on weekdays 8:00 – 16:00.
