When and how do we collect your information? |
As part of Midttrafik’s service Issuing of Ungdomskort (youth card) and Pensionistkort (pensioner’s card) in Midttrafik’s customer centre, Midttrafik processes information about you when you want to order and buy season tickets in the form of Ungdomskort and Pensionistkort. |
What type of information about you is processed? |
When issuing season tickets in the customer centre, Midttrafik collects and processes information about your name, address, payment information, CPR number, identity card number as well as information on zones and valid time periods. |
What do we use the information for? |
The collected information is processed for the purpose of the exercise of the official authority vested in Midttrafik as the provider of transport services in connection with the sale of travel tickets, and so that Midttrafik can provide the best possible service in its capacity as a transport company, issue receipts, identify customers in connection with support cases and collect payment. The information is also collected to comply with Midttrafik’s legal obligations. Midttrafik processes customers’ CPR numbers in order to ensure the unambiguous identification of Midttrafik’s customers or as journal numbers. |
What is the legal basis? |
The processing of the information and data is covered by the General Data Protection Regulation, including, in particular, Article 6(1)(c) of the General Data Protection Regulation, Article 6(1)(e) of the General Data Protection Regulation, and Article 5 of the General Data Protection Regulation. Midttrafik’s processing of its customers’ CPR numbers is authorised under the provisions of Section 11(1) of the Danish Data Protection Act. |
