If you are unable to present a valid ticket or card during a ticket check, the ticket inspector registers that you did not have a correct ticket.
You will then receive a receipt by text message. The text message can be used as a valid ticket until the last stop on the route. It is not permitted to transfer to another route. If you do not provide your mobile phone number, you will not receive a receipt.
It is not permitted to forwarded or change the text message. See Midttrafik’s travel rules with regard to misuse.
Please note:
You acknowledge receipt digitally with your signature. If you fail to provide your signature or say no to receiving a text message confirmation, you can still receive a decision about being ordered to pay an inspection fee.
